Barbara Demery-Gillam
The proprietor of the operation is Barbara Demery-Gillam. She founded Barbara Demery-Gillam and Associates shortly after receiving a degree in Legal Secretarial Science, completing court reporting college, and receiving her certification as a Certified Shorthand Reporter from the State of California. She also enrolled in and successfully completed the John E. Anderson Graduate School’s Certification Program for Entrepreneurial Studies at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).

Barbara Demery-Gillam has maintained membership in and served on a host of national, state, and local court reporting association boards.  She also attends seminars and continuing educational courses that are offered through these same entities.
